Le service est irréprochable, l’accueil convivial et chaleureux, le personnel est composé d’experts. Au Gas Normand, un lieu incontournable aux Halles de Dijon pour déguster de très bons produits laitiers.

Je remercie le patron pour ses conseils avisés. Je recommande cet établissement pour son sérieux et son accueil. Je renouvellerai l'expérience !

Lors d'un week-end à Dijon nous avons fait un tour aux halles de Dijon et quelle belle découverte que cette fromagerie !!! Un choix impressionnant, de supers conseils, nous avons pris beaucoup de différents fromages qui étaient tous excellents, mention spéciale pour le Comté et le fromage à la truffe qui étaient incroyables.

During a weekend in Dijon we visited the Dijon market halls and what a wonderful discovery this cheese shop was!!! An impressive selection, great advice, we had many different cheeses which were all excellent, special mention for the Comté and the truffle cheese which were incredible.

Un comté 15 mois délicieux avec des aromes complexes, un vrai régal mais aussi sur les conseils du patron, nous nous sommes lancés sur un époisses et un citeaux, des fromages typiques de la région. Un choix énorme, mais surtout les conseils et la bonne humeur du patron font la différence ainsi que la qualité des fromages. Une belle découverte.

A delicious 15 month Comté with complex aromas, a real treat but also on the advice of the boss, we started with an Epoisses and a Citeaux, typical cheeses of the region. A huge choice, but above all the advice and good humor of the owner make the difference as well as the quality of the cheeses. A great discovery.

De passage à Dijon. Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce fromager. Accueil et conseil au rendez vous. Le Soumentrain est excellent. Nous l'avons dègusté à Toulouse avec un grand plaisir !
